Elizabeth D. Hochberg

Beth is a member of the General Services Administration's Office of General Counsel. She advises the agency in all areas of intellectual property law and strategy, specializing in trademark, domain name, copyright and social media law. Prior to earning her JD and LLM degrees in intellectual property law from UNH Law School's Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, Beth received a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a master's degree in piano performance from Kansas State University. She is the author of two books on intellectual property law and has released two CD's of classical piano music./
