form.
- You will be asked to specify your name, email, and payment
amount along with your credit card information. Note: the default
amount on the payment form is the current cost of full registration
($175.00); please adjust if paying for multiple attendees.
- When your transaction is complete, you will be shown an e-receipt
for you to print, along with an email confirmation.

You also have the option of mailing a check, mailing/faxing a credit
card authorization or paying with the DD1566 form.
